On 19 July 2025, we at Uttam School for Girls hosted the STEM District Level Deliberation (DLD) Workshop — a focused initiative to empower educators to reimagine teaching through research, collaboration, and innovation.

Educators from across the district came together to:
• Present original research on STEM-integrated pedagogies
• Explore technology-enabled experiential learning
• Share strategies for design thinking and project-based approaches
• Discuss ways to make STEM education more inclusive, especially for young girls

The workshop served as a dynamic platform for idea exchange, showcasing the potential of educators to lead change in classrooms.
