August is the month of celebrations. Gearing up for the same, we set the joyous mood by celebrating the Hariyali Teej and Munshi Premchand’s birthday in our school in the Primary wing. The students of Grade 5 conducted a special assembly on ‘Teej’ in which they shared the significance of the auspicious festival and presented a beautiful dance performance. Students also celebrated Munshi Premchand’s birth anniversary through a number of activities. Students and teachers brought the magic of his books alive by doing activities like story narration, watching a movie adaptation of his famous book ‘Vardaan’, followed by designing a book cover and writing a book review.
